Paycare, the 140 year old healthcare Cash Plan Company based in the heart of Wolverhampton, showed their support to Wolverhampton Wanderers by attending the Nott’s County match on Saturday 15th February 2014; where Michael Jacobs secured a 2-0 win for Wolves.

Paycare invited VIP guests from three of their local clients Charles Clarke Motors, University of Wolverhampton and Health Exchange to come along and watch the match live. Before kick-off, Paycare took their guests to visit the Paycare Accessible Lounge, to see how the facilities were being used by supporters with disabilities. The Paycare branded Accessible Lounge was an important element of the huge investment by Wolves when designing and re-developing the Stan Cullis stand.

Facilities in the lounge include; wheelchair-friendly access, free refreshments, match day TV and live Sky games, specially commissioned photographs of fans with first team players taken at the previous home match and much more. This Saturday fans were treated to a meet and greet with footballer Dave Edwards who dedicated one-on-one time to his fans by signing match day programmes and taking photographs.

Paycare is the longest continuous current sponsor working in partnership with Wolves, with 16 years of support for the accessible lounge facilities. Paycare’s Business Development Office Manager, Anthony Burns said “It was a win for both Paycare and Wolverhampton Wanderers last Saturday – it’s great to see the Paycare Accessible Lounge benefitting so many supporters, families and carers”.
